Best reusable water bottle material

There are plenty of reusable bottle materials out there. However, the healthiest options remain to be glass, copper, silicon, steel, and titanium. They don’t have any BPA or added chemicals, plus they are super sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Glass

Silicone

Silicone is both effective and kid-friendly. It’s also eco-friendly and produces zero waste. Because the material is so soft and pliable, many collapsible bottles are made out of silicone. I like that they are dishwasher safe, and while they do have a type of aftertaste, it’s not very strong.

Can you bring a reusable water bottle on a plane?

Good news! Yes, you can bring a reusable water bottle on an airplane no matter what material it is made of as long as it is completely empty. You may fill up your empty bottle at a refilling station and carry your full water bottle onto the plane once it has passed through security.

Can reusable water bottles be recycled?

It depends on the material. Some water bottles, like those made of aluminum, silicone, steel, or glass can be recycled. Others, like those made of plastic, cannot be recycled and should be thrown away.
